Mr. Pradeep Kumar is an alumnus of the College of Engineering Trivandrum. During his 30 plus years of career, he began his journey moving mountains in the first residential dreams of the state, and later conquered the real estate domain of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its early maturation stage way back in the early 1990’s.
He has a great contribution to industrialization drive that India saw since the liberalization of economy. He is today a benchmark leader in the construction of large scale complex industrial establishments. He made his voice really heard in the upscale luxury apartment complex construction and management working with some of the global giants in the industry.
Everything right from the upscale apartment complexes, hospitals, commercial spaces to world class factories all have seen his footprints. He has also associated with some of the leading project management consultancy firms in the country.
Mr BIJU RAJASEKHARAN
DIRECTOR
Mr. Biju Rajasekharan began his journey with the birth of large scale apartment complexes in the state of Kerala way back in 1989. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business administration from the prestigious ICFAI School, Hyderabad.
With more than 25 years of experience and having lead about 8 million Sq feet he is someone who has witnessed all tides of the industry across the country. He served Govt. of Singapore at its internationally acclaimed Mass Rapid Transport System (Singapore Metro). Later on with sheer patriotism in the air, he moved down to India and worked with multinational real-estate conglomerates, heading its various ultra large innovative projects. His core expertise involves Project execution, strategic management, human resource development, financial accounting to state of the art project management systems.
He later held talks with Govt.of Srilanka on its ambitious mass urban poor rehabilitation development program as an envoy of the real estate consortium of India and was involved in the project feasibility and technological deployment studies.
Ms SINY LENIN

Ms. Siny Lenin heads the contracts and planning department of the firm. Over 20 years of diverse work experience in construction industry with leading property developers & Architects enables her to remain committed to realizing project goals through excellent interpersonal skills with clients, design consultants and construction contractors. She did her Bachelor of Technology from Govt. College of Engineering, Trichur.
Her core expertise involves project planning and contract administration of large scale residential developments, townships and hospitality projects. She has in-depth knowledge of alternative and cost effective construction methodologies, use of eco-friendly and sustainable materials in construction.
She is very quick in understanding the underlying perspective of any project, which helps her to come up with immediate and apt solutions. This is complimented by her innate eye for detail and strong interest in project planning. She is highly adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment whilst coordinating numerous time-sensitive projects.
